Payment and invoicing

Failure to make payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension of services.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cancellations and Ammendments
Cancellations or amendments to orders must be made in writing.
Charges may apply for any work already undertaken or materials ordered.
Site Access and Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their premises for installation, maintenance, and inspection purposes.
Any delay or obstruction caused by the client may result in additional charges.
Warranties and Performance
We provide warranties on products and workmanship as detailed in your service documentation.
No guarantee is made that energy generation or savings will reach specific levels unless expressly stated in writing.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from delays, system downtime, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract under which the claim arises.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
As part of our commitment to fair trading and transparency, Altevo Energy is registered with an approved ADR provider.
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly, clients may refer the matter to the ADR scheme for independent review.
